Research Interests:

My research interests are focused on the following areas:
-Analysis of power pad transient signals in VLSI chips and its applications in:
-- Fault localization and failure analysis
-- Hardware trust and security, detecting maliciously inserted hardware components
-- Process Characterization, estimating process variations based on their effects on chip transient signals
-Investigation of defect tolerance techniques for emerging nanoscale electronic devices
-Elaboration and evaluation of modern architectures that can exploit nanoscale components to achieve highest performance
-Computational study and modeling of carbon nanotubes as future interconnects of VLSI chips and also nanotube based transistors
