  1. Chapter 6: Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6
  2. Chapter 7: Sections 7.1 - 7.7 (Implementation of Monitors/Critical Regions skipped)
  3. Chapter 8: Entire Chapter
  4. Chapter 9: Entire Chapter
  5. Chapter 10: Sections 10.1 - 10.6
  6. Chapter 12: Sections 12.1 - 12.5
  7. Chapter 13: Sections 13.1 - 13.4; NOT Reqd. of Section 0201 students
  8. Chapter 14: Sections 14.1 - 14.3; Section 0201 requires 14.5 in addition.
  9. Chapter 18: Sections 18.1 - 18.6
  10. Chapter 19: Sections 19.1 - 19.4
