BayesOWL 1.0 is available for download.
BayesOWL is Java-based tool. It can be used to extract taxonomies from OWL ontologies, translate taxonomies into Bayesian Networks and integrate uncertainty knowledge into BNs.
BayesOWL project is dominated by Ebiquity Lab at UMBC.
You can view the documentation for current release (BayesOWL 1.0) online.
