Description: To generate a meaningful TLF description for the standard cells we need to run simulations for different values of input slew and output load capacitance. Given the cells in the library, determine the following values used for simulations: (1) The minimum input slew (2) The maximum input slew (3) The minimum load capacitance (4) The maximum load capacitance Assume that in our designs, none of the gates is going to have a fanout greater than 5 i.e. no cell output is going to drive the input pins of more than five cells. Describe in your report, possible solution(s) to determine the above mentioned values. Run simulations to generate these values for at least one of the solutions (if you come up with more than one). The TLF file contains the dynamic input pin capacitance for each of the input pins to the cells. Propose solution(s) to determine this capacitance for any cell in the library. Run the required simulations to backup your solution(s)
