CMPE 414/ CMPE 641: Assignment 3

Follow the steps explained in class to produce the TLF descriptions of 2 combinational cells not discussed in class

Steps involve:
(1) Create the cif file from cadence
(2) Dump out the space readable cif file using magic
(3) Extract the circuit using space
(4) Generate the .sim and the .pin files for the cells
(5) Use to scripts provided to run spice simulations and generate the tlf file

Turn in the printout of the .sim and the TLF description for the 2 cells
