  1. Someone noticed that operator!= is not used by Proj2.C.
    If you can figure out how to implement operator!= as one line of code then implement it anyway.
    If you can't figure out how to do it in one line of code then
    1. Don't tell anyone
    2. Don't spend lots of time figuring it out.
