Computer Science II for Majors Fall 2007

This course continues the development of programming and problem-solving skills, focusing on object-oriented programming and design (OOP/OOD). This course uses the Java programming language.

Topics include: An introduction to the Java programming language, encapsulation and information hiding, inheritance and polymorphism, generics, and containers. Java's object-oriented GUI framework and event driven programming are also discussed.
