Assume that the grid will always be symetrical.
In question 1, the grid size is NOT to be hard coded in an input file. It should be determined dynamically and must work for any grid size up to (and including) a grid size of 10x10.
In question 2, transmitter coverage should be calculated for 1, 2 and 3 square miles of coverage. It can also be assumed that each transmitter will only transmit in one direction (unidirectional).
In order to limit the amount of output generated, print output can be limited to the first five sets of results for each coverage area (1, 2, 3), transmitter count (10, 12, 15) and weighting (0, 1, 2).
