Chapter Of Upsilon Pi Epsilon On April 39, 1996. The Ceremony Will Be
Held At 5:30pm In The Atrium Of The Engineering And Computer Science
Building. Dr. Brian Bradley, Professor Of Biological Sciences At Umbc
Will Give A Talk Honoring The News Initiates Entitled "On Being An
Expert".
