Sail Baltimore produces an annual program of visiting ships from around the world to Baltimore's waterfront for visitors to enjoy, from international vessels, tall ships, military ships, environmental and educational vessels. Nov 2nd, you can visit the Steam Tug Boat built in 1906 along the West Wall of the Inner Harbor. The S. T. Baltimore is the only remaining Steam Tug on the East Coast.
