Since we don't have the time we wanted to go into Java, the fourth project will not be a programming assignment. Rather, we would like you to take what you have learned to write a critique of another web site. Specifically, the web site of the Internal Revenue Service, http://www.irs.ustreas.gov/.
Topics you might want to address are:
We're not looking for a term paper here -- all we want is evidence that you put thought and time into this (so we can give you more points for the semester). Please refer to specific things that we talked about in class, and refer to specific pages on the web site when making observations.
Also, note that Mr. Copeland will actually be passing these along to the web site designers at the IRS. So be as constructive as possible.
One last guideline -- it should be about 600-800 words. Yes, that will take a while to write, but this is not that difficult an assignment.
