This is the "difficult" version of the columnar
transposition cipher. In this version, text is read
into and completely fills a rectangle. The columns
are permuted and then it is read out by rows.
This cipher is worth 30 points with extra points to
the first four solvers. After you strip away this message
you should find that the cipher has 512 characters.
