This is the *easy* version of Cipher 3.

   breaking tools are so powerful this cipher is only worth 25 points.
   (with additional points to the first four students to solve it)
   The 'difficult' version will be worth more (35 points)and will be
   a little more resistant to the automatic tools. It will come out in
   a day or two. Do not send in your email solution to this one if you
   plan to try to be one of the first solvers of the more difficult one.
