This is the 'difficult' version of Cipher 3. It is a modified Vigenere
cipher. It is modified so as to partially thwart the automatic solvers.
The key does not wrap around on each line. Instead, on each line, the key
restarts left justified. This is done to hamper a Kasiski analysis. The
cipher is worth 35 points with additional points to the first solvers.
