UNBELIEVABLY EASY RECIPES Here are my favorite unbelievably easy recipes, for nights when I have zero brain cells and zero energy. My rule of thumb is, if it takes more than three lines to write it out, it doesn't count as "unbelievably easy." (A great source of "unbelievably easy" recipes, though not the ones I include here, is "5 in 10" -- recipes that take 5 ingredients and 10 minutes of preparation.) "HUNGARIAN GOULASH" (not actually Hungarian nor goulash) Brown some ground beef (default 1 lb. package). Boil some elbow macaroni. Toss the macaroni in with the ground beef, and a can or two of Campbell's tomato soup (don't add water). Serve when hot. "TERIYAKI CHICKEN" Put some boneless chicken breasts in an oven dish. Pour/spread some bottled teriyaki sauce, and a can of crushed pineapple (with or without juice) on top. Bake at 375 until done (30 minutes?) "PIZZA" Buy a Boboli pizza crust. Dump a can/jar of Contadina pizza sauce on top. Top with mozzarella cheese and one or more toppings (default ham and sun-dried tomatoes), bake for 15 minutes.
