I am a member of the MAPLE and the CORAL labs. My advisors are Marie desJardins and Tim Oates. My research interests are AI Planning, grammar induction, representing and learning preferences, and spatio-temporal reasoning. Currently I am working on the project Plan Order Induction by Reasoning from One Trial (POIROT) supported by the DARPA Integrated Learning Program. The goal of the program is to build systems that learn how to plan by being shown one example plan. In this project I developed two new algorithms
  • WIT : Learns planning knowledge in the form of Hierarchical Task Networks using only one example plan.
  • CHARM: Learns planning preferences of an expert and represents these preferences in the HTNs.
My CV and my research plans.
