Introduction
My name is Josiah and I am a second year graduate student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. I am currently in the Center for Information Security and Assurance and the Cyber Defense Lab.
My research interests include cloud computing, digital forensics, malware analysis, and intrusion detection.

- Winner of the UMBC CSEE 2011-2012 award for best research by a Ph.D. student
- My paper "Acquiring Forensic Evidence from Infrastructure-as-a-Service Cloud Computing" has been accepted for DFRWS 2012.
- A document I helped to author, Creating Effective Cloud Computing Contracts for the Federal Government: Best Practices for Acquiring IT as a Service has been published by the CIO Council, CAO Council, and Federal Cloud Compliance Committee
