The current requirements for for a BS in Computer Science are given in the UMBC catalog entry for the Computer Science major. Since the catalog was published, the 30-credit liberal arts requirement has been dropped, and the science requirements have changed slightly (additional courses are permitted). The changes apply retroactively to all students who are enrolled under the 2006 (or later) requirements.)
