Intelligent Investments and its subsidiary IntelliNet are also hiring.
We have two, two-year post-doc and one permanent developer position
open right now for our new Research Triangle Park office. These
positions will work closely with our collaborators at Duke, NC State
and NCA&TSU in developing intelligent agents for automatically
critiquing and generating multimedia interfaces under a large Air
Force contract for intelligent training tools and computer supported
collaborative work.
IntelliNet markets a variety of World Wide Web-based tools.
Intelligent Investments supports the development of such tools. These
tools include,
WebExpert - for developing large, WWW-based expert systems,
WebMiner - for tailoring WWW pages to individual users, and
WebTrainer - for creating WWW-absed training.
Our new office will dramatically improve our existing capabilties.
Literally across the street from IBM, including will upgrade our
existing 28.8KB connection to a T3 line! Our offices are less than 20
minutes from Duke, UNC, and NC State. RTP is approximately 2 hours
from both the mountains (wit skiing) and the beach. It is
consistently ranked as one of the top 10 places to live in the US.
We provide excellent benefits, including retirement, health, and
profit-sharing. Our employees regularly telecommute, so we will also
consider people wishing to stay at our expected offices in Dallas, San
Jose and Philadlephia as well.
The minimum requirements for the positions is a master's degree,
although a PhD is preferred.
