Submitting Papers

Accepted papers will appear in an informal printed proceedings and will also be accessible to the general public via the workshop web site. Authors are not required to transfer copyright. Submitted papers electronically using the PM4W submission site.

Paper format

Over-length or incorrectly formatted submissions may be rejected without reviews. We will use the same format as the main WWW2005 conference which specified that papers be submitted either in PDF or in XHTML. Detailed descriptions are available for LaTeX and Microsoft Word as well as for XHTML submissions.

These are modified versions of the ACM proceedings style files. More information on the style files can be found here. Notes for LaTeX users:

  • To ensure your submission is formatted for Letter paper, use \documentclass[letterpaper]{www2005-submission} in your LaTeX file, and use "dvips -t letter".
  • All authors should be listed on the front page. For instructions for more than 3 authors, see here.
  • LaTeX users may find latex2html or HTML Tidy useful for converting LaTeX to XHTML.

How to submit

Papers must be submitted electronically by the deadline using the PM4W submission site.
