R-2R Ladder Model that incorporates Variation of Values of Ladder and Switch Resistance.

Our plan is poster presentation for a R-2R ladder type DAC. In our work, we present a R-2R 
ladder model in consideration of variation of values of ladder and switch resistance. Also 
we propose a redundant resistor redundant method that aims to achieve improvement of converting 
accuracy. To show the effectivity of this method, we find out characteristic distributions of 
ladder DACs to which are applied our method using Monte-Carlo simulation.
